- Go to Events page (left hand horizontal bar)
- Select the event to copy and click the 3 horizontal dots on right hand side of that event row, select Copy Event
- In Draft, go to Build event page
- Get image from Canva
- Get blurb from RT, need to update links to EB pages for each GP series
- Need to update the YT live stream links for Tue GP in the Order Confirmation section for Online livestream purchase
- Confirm pricing if needed from AD or refer to Class Fees
- Update the tickets (in Add tickets section), ensure pricing (GST absorbed by attendees) and capacity are correct (Tue GP class is kept at 28 attendees plus 1 assistant = 29 max)
- But for the capacity, suggest u keep 22 for whole 3 weeks and 6 for individual week only. This means a total of 29 incl class assistant
- Publish event, update the hashtags before doing so
